It renews by itself. Monthly plans charge every month, yearly plans every year, on the same date, until you stop them. You’ll be told the amount and the date on the checkout page before you pay.

Every companion is an AI. The conversations, voices, and anything she writes while you’re away are generated. None of it is a real person, and Plus doesn’t change that.
Payments are handled by our reseller, who is the seller of record: their name, not ours, is what appears on your card statement, and they issue your receipt. Questions about a charge.
Questions people ask
- What can I do without paying?
- Almost everything. The free plan gives you thirty messages a day, all twelve companions, the full personality test, and the same memory the paid plan uses. Plus takes off the daily cap, turns on her real voice once you have reached level five together, and raises the characters you can write yourself from one to ten.
- What happens when I hit the daily limit?
- The first time you reach it, ten extra messages are on us so you are not cut off mid-conversation. That is a one-time allowance, not a daily one. After that the cap holds until the next day.
- If I cancel, do I lose my conversations?
- No. Cancelling only takes back the Plus limits. Your companion, your history, everything she remembers, and the level you reached together all stay exactly as they are, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Do I need an account before I can pay?
- Yes, and that is on purpose: a subscription has to be attached to something you can log back into. You can talk for five messages as a guest first, and signing up carries that conversation over.
